I mean this scene is notorious enough that it gained memetic status, similar to Shinji's fapping hand (meme). So I think any reference to this particular scene would be eligible.
Shinji's hand has been heavily memed over the years. Unfortunately, shinji's fapping hand (meme) is also another shit tag because it has random stuff like post #4535297.
