Her lower body is pretty wonky, though it's not egregiously bad. I'm not an approver though.

What's wrong with these? Well I do see the contributor factor in keeping the Twitter post. Checking ohc's gallery, some variants are from those who need approvals and get it. These high resolution fanbox posts I uploaded are unpaid "all users" and I can't see any difference in quality from the rest of the images in this artist's gallery.

Okay I admit I'm getting fed up by this. This artist, zasshoku_ojisan, is really fucking up my upload limit up. Whenever some else uploads his art, it gets approved immediately. For example see post #7875393 post #7863298 or post #7783195
But whenever I upload it, it gets deleted and even if I appeal it, it hardly ever works. What's the big idea here, what the fuck am I doing wrong?
Please take another look into his deleted pics again.

All three examples were uploaded by Contributors. Contributors and higher ranks can upload posts without requiring approval from an approver.

Alright. But I still don't get why art, which several users who earned the rank of contributor see worthy of being here, almost always falls short when it's uploaded the "normal" way. And even appealing it hardly ever works. There's a discrepancy here which is frankly kind of frustrating to see.

Yes, that's intentional. Being able to upload art that normally would not pass the modqueue but isn't low quality enough to get flagged is part of the privilege of being a Contributor. Believe me, I've had the same issue when I was trying to get promoted; content is approved on their own merit and you should use approved posts rather than Contributor uploads to get a sense of what's good for the site at your level.
I'm not an Approver myself and I barely still have a sense of what's good but I took a look through your deleteds and the quality of them are definitely meh, a lot of them falling under that category of "hard to or won't succeed in the modqueue but not flaggable if uploaded".
