rename hikarizuka_middle_educational_school_uniform -> hikarizuka_school_uniform

Originally, this tag used the translated name found on the Puella Magi Wiki. However, I recently found out that the name is mistranslated - 中等教育学校 in the school's name does not refer to a middle school, but rather a six year secondary school (middle and high school in one).

This BUR further simplifies the tag's name, by removing the problematic and hard to translate element. This is not the first instance of such on Danbooru; look no further than the 2011 Madoka Magica anime - Mitakihara school uniform's school isn't simply called "Mitakihara school", but rather "Mitakihara Middle School" (見滝原中学校), so this shouldn't be a problem. "Hikarizuka" does not seem to be ambiguous.

Back when I made forum #213665, I think I wasn't quite aware of how romanizations in our tags should go. The official TL from the NA server almost never used ou, and those are the romanizations that it used for those schools.

Basically, Ophelia is the Doppel/Witch form of Kyoko. Witches are monsters that Magical Girls' souls turn into when they die, Doppels are monsters that Magical Girls temporarily turn into when they'd normally turn into a Witch, under specific circumstances. Witches are completely separated from the body usually, while Doppels are slightly connected.
Sakura Kyoko (Doppel ver.) is unique in that it's a total fusion between a Magical Girl and her Doppel, with the Magical Girl still remaining in control (and not having a near-death experience or dying).

As for why Witches/Doppels don't imply their Magical Girls... I could think of a few reasons:
A) Earlier "no spoiler implications" policy (that similarly prevented Ultimate Madoka's implication)
B) Little visual similarity (a Magical Girl is, well, just a human girl in a fancy, while her witch form will often be nonhumanoid and drawn in a completely different style, see https://wiki.puella-magi.net/Category:Witches )
