There are two tags that right now are used for the same thing; Kaijuu and Giant monster.
It seems like "kaijuu" tag was originally meant to be used for Japanese giant monster media (Godzilla, Ultra Series, Gamera, etc.), while "giant monster" was meant to be used for any big monster that's not a kaiju. But over time these two tags were interchangeably used and even used together in the same post. Since "kaiju" is now a byword for "giant monster", I think having these two tags being separate is now functionally redundant. Since the tag "giant monster" implicates giant, but "kaijuu" is not for some reason.
My suggestion is to merge them into a single tag, so that it won't be as confusing as it is right now, though there will be a problem of how to tag post that show a kaiju character as being smaller than normal (like around the human size).
As a sidenote, I think we also should get rid of the "long vowel" form of "kaijuu" tag and switched it into the shorter form (kaiju), since it is much more widely used, and even the wiki uses the short vowel in it.
I'm still not sure how to deal with these tags, however, so I guess I wanna hear your opinion before making a BUR.
