Deprecate infrared

BUR #25761 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

There are clearer alternatives so far, rendering it ambiguous. This tag has been used on everything IR-related but completely different concepts, such as:

post #7189537 - thermogram which is commonly known as thermal imagery,
post #2052831 - for pictures of thermal scopes, it should be optical sight or scope accordingly
