Hi, new user here, sorry if this is technically an offtopic question but when it comes to providing the image source in an upload does the source have to be from the artist themselves? Or is it ok if for example the person who commissioned it uploads it themselves and the upload here links to that post (while still correctly listing the artists obviously. What about third party uploads neither the artist or someone who commed it uploaded? Are those ok if theyre not up anywhere else? I just want to ask these things before I upload anything so I don't do it incorrectly. Sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask, I would have made one but I couldn't figure out how.
posts from a commissioner's page are fine, just be sure to add second-party source and the artist tag should be the artist not the cm'er
third-party sources can be fine if the highest quality version isn't available elsewhere + the image isn't a paid reward. lots of official art posts fall under this
unsure what kind of border / frame that is (besides white)

You can also post the art you commissioned and tag commissioner upload, leaving the source field blank or with the filename. The commentary of a public version by the artist can be added, linking to it.
EDIT: If you're a third-party, you should at least leave a comment to inform how you got access to the image, or people will be suspicious by the lack of source.

They do look a bit distinct, if you think it needs a new tag, go for it. I'd expect too many mistags/overlap with this name but I don't have a better idea.

The "squares" pattern of the jacket is called plaid
Also, if a character is looking at the viewer but has closed eyes, you should use facing viewer instead of looking at viewer

black blood. nothing in the image really suggests ink (unless I'm missing something). but the black tears are more in line with blood as I doubt the artist meant to convey crying with ink
