Even the very wiki reference page links to our meme tag group page. So unless there is something I'm missing here, I see no reason to treat this an anything different compared to the dozens other meme pose tags we got.
We don't typically tag poses as memes. There's a lot of them that would have to be implied otherwise.

Common meme format. Commonly mistagged, as well. Qualifier might help with that.
This is not a meme any more than black vs white or angel and devil is a meme. Unless there's a specific format in there that I can't see because it got buried by mistags.

Minor quibble, but I'd put a hyphen between "hand" and "holding" instead of an underscore.
