Fried egg on toast logically already implies fried egg for obvious reasons. But why not toast? Isn't that what differentiates this tag from it's basic tags? I feel like it's pretty obvious toast is always gonna be present in a tag called "fried egg on toast".

The correct tag is bread slice and toast already implicates it. No need to do it here.
