Fried egg

create implication fried_egg_on_toast -> fried_egg

This should be obvious.
Question is if it should also imply toast since I can imagine that fried egg on "toast" can mean every type of bread.

Traditionally it would be on toast, but in a lot of art the bread doesn't look very toasted. Then again, toast in mouth often doesn't look very toasted either.
