For some reason the AoT wiki has a different page for the manga character and the anime character:
One is called Marlowe, the other Marlo.

Probably just an overlooked thing since he’s a minor character?

Crunchyroll uses Marlow, Funimation used Marlo, and the Kodansha translation of the manga uses Marlowe. Scanlations of the manga (TDX) and fansubs (EveTaku) both use "Marlo" as well.
In Japanese, his name is written as マルロ, which is more often a transliteration of "Marlo" (here's an example using a character from The Wire). On the other hand, "Marlowe" is more often transliterated as マーロウ. Try putting that into Google and you'll get sites like marlowe.co.jp and a JP Wikipedia disambiguation page for the name "Marlowe". Because the Funimation blu-rays and the Kodansha releases of the manga are the most official English-translated versions of the series, and also because apparently there was no coordination, his name is officially both Marlo and Marlowe. I don't know how much either release coordinated with Isayama himself, though. It's the same situation with the other two, but it's worth mentioning that the name "Sina" was used in the raws for the wall that shares her name.

I didn't include these when I made topic #26067 because they already use the Kodansha nomenclature, which was what most of our tags used (eg Yeager instead of Jaeger)
If we're switching these to a different spelling such as Crunchyroll or Funi subs for one reason or another, it should probably be done for all AoT tags and not just a couple of them.
