Once upon a time, in a bygone era way back when in topic #9579, various AoT tags were changed to the Kodansha localization (most notably Jaeger -> Yeager). However, this was not done for all characters, and some retain the "pre-Kodansha"/alternate spellings from various sources such as Crunchyroll subs.
This is to consolidate various other names to the Kodansha localization, which seem to be the most widely used on fan wikis and such, as well as season 4 Crunchy subs (I think) even if the fanbase itself seems pretty 50/50 on certain names overall (god I hate "Blouse" instead of "Braus")
I don't have the actual manga on-hand though to verify the spellings, so I went with this as a source. If someone has the Kodansha mango in English and could double-check/confirm.
