We can't really go with (casual) for Flare's 4th costume because of her 3rd costume, which is the one people would assume is her casual because it received the Street qualifier due to hololive Closet. Laplus' 3rd would work for Casual though, while Gura's 3rd would definitely require an emphasis on the dress aspect (especially if she ever gets another Greco-Roman-themed costume), though I've always been partial to the idea of HoloMyth's 3rd costumes getting a shared qualifier.

Alright, let's try knocking these out. These are kind of all over the place in terms of suggestions, so bare with me.
Fubuki's 3rd costume being (street) and Okayu's being (casual) is based on Korone's 2nd and Mio's 3rd respectively having said qualifiers, bringing it up 2-to-2 for Hololive Gamers. Laplus' 3rd being (casual) is per Rodent's suggestion. Given what (street) has been used for, and (casual) being taken up already, it seemed to make sense to give Miko's 7th costume (street). Matsuri's 8th being (street_casual) is partially inspired by her gaming casual costume as well as our use of street casual for Ame's 2nd. Reine's 2nd being (street) is mainly inspired by Mio's 5th, while Anya's 2nd being (casual) seemed to just make sense. And Luna's 5th being (streetwear) seems to be the only appropriate option.
