The third costume of hololive English's Takanashi Kiara, as seen in post #4976340.

It consists of a gold masquerade mask, a red sleeveless high collared evening gown with a see-through cleavage section and a high-low cut resembling wings, a black thighband pantyhose with gold thighlets and embroydery resembling phoenix feathers and red pumps. She also has an optional gold miniature chef hat and a headpiece with a small see-through veil and optional blue feathered wings wrapped around her body, giving the impression of a feather boa.
