I wouldn't have bothered appealing this, but there is some precedent for this sort of content (like post #505072 or post #528060) and the art is really good.

The ones I would have reapproved already have been, but as for the one I quoted it likely wasn't approved because it's a smaller near-duplicate of the parent. It's certainly not for lack of artistic quality.
