Yamazaki's profiles say he is an animator, and his name in official credits is Yamazaki Masakazu. While I can't find any mention at first glance of Masakazu in his current profiles, retail stores connect his full name to the doujin circle "Now printing". The two posts on Yamazaki Masakazu already (post #1394394 and post #1394397) are sourced to Twitpic, so I can't really find anything on them, but I'm reasonably sure it's still all the same person anyway, in that it matches subject matter (Soulcalibur) the Yamazaki of Now printing has done going back to before those were posted.
