anko_(renzao19823) has the older entry and a better name and qualifier, it should be the final tag instead. wwca3445 was named after a Pixiv ID, it needs to be renamed after this, but Idk Chinese and the artist uses a different name for each platform.

Adjusted accordingly for Anko. Also found out wwca seems to be referring to themselves as 北枳 (beizhi) these days on BiliBili and that is their active platform, put together a new artist name for her.
