It's an empty tag that should've been deleted, keep in mind the alias will be retired eventually so it's kinda pointless. Usernames can be searched in the Artists page.
EDIT: Oh, I thought they simply get retired after two years, good to know!

FYI aliases to tags that have posts are only retired two years after no post has been uploaded under them, so in this case it wouldn't be retired any time soon.

That's not entirely true; only general tags aliases are retired after two years since the last post. Artist aliases are always retired after two years. Other categories never retire, except when empty.
