create alias eyelashes_visible_through_hair -> eyes_visible_through_hair

Eyes visible through hair also covers posts where only the eyelashes are visible through hair, as the wiki states. An alias for this could help prevent posts depicting this quirk from not being tagged.

The only forum discussion I can find about whether eyes visible through hair should be used when it is just the eyelashes is topic #16486 which concluded the answer was "no".

@LQ it was a couple of years ago now but do you remember on what basis you added the clause about eyelashes to the tag's wiki?

I don't remember at all. I presume it's because they're generally pretty much part of the eyes. Kinda like how ^_^ doesn't actually have any eyes (closed eyes), only eyelashes, but ^_^ eyebrows_visible_through_hair is obviously a thing. So for that reason, the clause and the BUR make sense, but I don't know if it deserves a line on the wiki. I'm pretty sure it wasn't about the eyes being mostly out of frame to the point that the rest of the eye isn't visible. It was just about closed/squinty eyes.

@skylightcrystal It looks like I added it a day after uploading post #4497282, which seems like a reasonable scenario to tag eyes visible through hair.
