Quick question about eyes_visible_through_hair

Does eyes_visible_through_hair tag apply, if only the eyelashes are visible through hair? I've seen a lot of pictures missing this tag if this is the case, so I'd like to have a clear answer to this, thank you.

That's so minor, I wouldn't tag it with the tag.
I would start using it if the sclera (the white part of the eye) is visible through the hair.

I agree with Lacrimosa, just having a little of the edge of the eye visible shouldn't count.
