Turns out none of the tags surrounding tarot, whether it be the cards themselves or something to do with tarot in the image, do not implicate tarot itself for some reason. This BUR seeks to change that.

Also, why are some of these cards qualified? Some like Strength I completely get due to it being otherwise ambiguous, but some like The Fool are undeniably very tarot in name alone. The "the" is enough of a distinguisher for these cards in my opinion. Then again, I can actually name all these, so what do I know? Tarot is rather niche for the most part, after all. A bit off-topic from my targeted goal, but I figured I might as well ask just to be sure.

I made a BUR to do so back in topic #17743. IMO, if the cards were only qualified when necessary, when searching for or tagging them you would have to look up which tag is the correct one for any given card (even if autocomplete can do that for you, it's an unnecessary hassle IMO.) Also, if some popular anime or game pulls a JoJo and names a character after a tarot card in the future, there's no risk we'll have to touch the tarot tags when that happens.

Ah, I didn't think of that. Totally forgot about The World being a thing, amongst others. Yeah, makes sense in that case. Tarot is a thing to draw upon motif-wise, after all...
