These were accidentally tagged with paid_reward on upload due to a copy-paste error on my part. There aren't paid rewards and were supposed to be tagged with paid_reward_available
post #6331311 should be deleted. I didn't know who was the artist and the fact they are a banned artist (the fact that Manjuu/Yostar doesn't credit the artist is really annoying)

I'll repeat what I said on this thread last week:
From a legal standpoint, such official art, regardless if it's scans or not, were game assets whose copyright belongs to the game and the publisher, not the artist. Also, there would be no way to look on this site what the charas actually look like.
Do you really want official art done by artists who don't want to see their shit on an archive? The fact that they're official art, promotional art even, where the copyright holder is the one who commissioned them for the design/CG/sprite, means this technically should be left available in the open as fair use.
I'm not saying we should withhold tagging all artist tags on official art, only those with a history of sending takedowns on us because they feel afraid of their works being used for software training. Take a look at Yasuyuki, they sent a DMCA and yet left most of their official art alone.
nukegara102 has had their artwork posted here despite having a "Repost is prohibited" statement in English on their profile. They had posted a tweet expressing their frustration over their artwork being reposted on image-hosting sites typed in both their native language and English and had repeatedly locked their twitter account to avoid further reposting of their works. They have even deleted their r18 artwork from their Poipiku account in backlash towards the reposting.

They need to submit a DMCA Request. A repost notice in your profile is not binding for us or really any site like us.
Taking down the art on here won't do much good when it's reposted everywhere else too. DMCAs won't be as effective and the images likely won't even be credited so you can't find them easily.
You simply cannot stop the internet from reposting shit.
The actual source was pixiv #108548689, but the artist deleted that post and replaced it with pixiv #108549656. Then the uploader uploaded the deleted version and changed the source to the censored version afterwards. @LastNemu: don't do that. Don't change the source from the actual source to something else.
post #6362430 This is probably a paid reward. The artist has variants of this image available on Pixiv and DeviantArt, but none of them are the above image or have the filename shown in the source (which I assume was left unchanged when the user uploaded from disk). This is likely one of the variants available only on the artist's Gumroad.
Also, the uploader claimed to have found an earlier upload on a Russian website (comment #1945182). Because of this and the NSFW contents of all three of this user's uploads, there's a good chance they're all paid rewards, though only the latest post could potentially be banned since the others were uploaded before 2020.
