If the image was uploaded before the ban, then we normally don't ban it. The pixiv source is an indication for a working source, before the artist deleted it.
Also, don't flag (possible) paid rewards.

I am the commissioner and I asked the artist to remove it from pixiv and twitter, which they did. So it would be nice if it could be deleted here too since it's not supposed to be public anymore.
