Looks very similar to overskirt and showgirl skirt, post #5647978 could be what the tag was actually intended for.

Not quite related to "The One Piece is real" meme, but it's often used together.

That tag makes no sense, why does it even exist?

It's probably for characters in a skin cosplaying as another skin of the same name (think f/go, something like artoria lancer cosplaying as saber).
In post #5081226 Abigail Williams (swimsuit foreigner) (second ascension) is wearing Abigail Williams (traveling outfit)'s clothes.
In post #3820722 flower (vocaloid3) is wearing flower (vocaloid4)'s clothes.
You could tell because the two outfits involved both have distinct hairstyles that aren't interchangeable, so it's not a simple alternate hairstyle situation. It's a concept that's otherwise unsearchable, so I figured we should give it a tag.

Seems to be used for two different memes. An explanation could help.
Is it different from pixel art?

The origin is a mix between the rdj explaining format and the haha jonathan you're banging my daughter meme.
I'm not sure which comes first, but i feel they could be split into two (three?) different tags.
I wanted to make a small edit but since this already got a comment might as well make a new post
We do have haha_jonathan_you_are_banging_my_daughter_(meme).
The RDJ memes are being put under robert downey jr. with no meme tag, though.
Surprisingly wiki-less and underused for a catchprase of a popular character (Lily White).
