Disagree with this. I think "roboqlo" is already correct. Stacc, Twitter handle, email address; all use "roboqlo".

Yes, that's the correct romanization of ろぼくろ/ろぼクロ in this case, given by the artist. They're also an indie game developer going by the same name. Check the about section of their Youtube Channel, they have two other Twitter accounts named Roboqlo linking to the illust focused one through retweets.
