At this time the artist seems to go by Marmaladica on most platforms and not Marmalade + dropping the qualifier since it's no longer necessary.

I think they're probably two grouped artists? One of the Twitter accounts got suspended and there's a new one under Pixiv user 17152317. Both link to @cowcowCrab, which I think is their circle.

"Rudeus" by itself is very generic. There is rudeus greyrat for one example. I suggest create alias sharnak -> rudeus_(steban_sharnak), with the qualifier is from the stacc name.
