Can post #453926 be reconsidered? It really looks nice in my opinion, but I am wondering that the seeminly dithered look (upon closer inspection) was the reason it was left unapproved.

Nope, it's just a very bland image with lots of photoshop cover-up.

It's rather the awful quality of the resize job. We have AD 2009, better algorithms than nearest-neighbour are available, but the editor was seemingly unaware of the fact.

I approved these two before, but I should add that these kind of things are hard to judge without proper context. I recommend leaving some comments on them when you upload stuff like this to ensure the mod queue folks get a good idea of what they're looking at. I know you didn't post them, but in general!
Can post #454117 be reconsidered? The pic is by ranpu. If it can't, is there something wrong that kept it from being approved? I'm thinking it's either the composition or Minako and Suigintou's risque positions.

There was nothing else I could go from, as that pic wasn't found on neither the artist's pixiv or DeviantArt accounts. But I will take sources into concern for any future appeals.
