Those are farrier's tools. Used for trimming and maintaining horse hooves. Ikuno Dictus is holding a hoof nipper and a hoof knife in her right hand (and a hoof rasp on her left). Japanese hoof knives tend to have their blade mounted 'horizontally' like scythes, unlike Western hoof knives which appear more knife-like.

Not sure how we're going to tag them though... File_(tool) works great for the hoof rasp (we don't need to distinguish between files and rasps anyway), but the other two, hmm... maybe clipper for the nipper and a simple knife for the hoof knife?

Though clipper does have the problem of being sparsely populated, as well as being potentially ambiguous without a wiki. Currently it's used for nail clippers, wire clippers and model kit sprue clippers (all also called nippers, especially the ones that have the 'pliers' shape).

How can I tag for this kind of slot-like animation?

This is not the perfect thread to ask this but I'd rather not create a whole thread.
I blacklist rape, but I can still see aftermath images from after a rape since the act itself isn't portrayed anymore... I'd like to be able to specifically blacklist those images as well. Is there a way to do this? Or would this require creating some sort of after_rape tag?

That tag already exists. Just blacklist it.

You might also want to blacklist imminent rape.
