Image been around for 15 years, flagged for quality 8 hours ago. There's no indication of what makes it worse than the other animegao photos posted circa 2005-2007; this is the only one that was flagged. Besides, I don't know, but isn't there some precedent for really old stuff to remain up?
Thanks in advance for explaining to the flagger what flags are for.
