rename gunnm_mars_chronicle -> battle_angel_alita:_mars_chronicle

Looks like we've been converting some tags to their English names...

- Gunnm (manga) is known in the west as Battle Angel Alita
- Gally (protagonist) is known in the west as Alita

The bulk update request #4277 (forum #177906) has been approved by @evazion.

There's already a character with the name Alita (only one though). Do you think the more popular Alita needs a qualifier or not?

I think for now it's OK to leave the more popular Alita without a qualifier.

The other one would be alita_forland (murder_princess) with 3 posts.
