What is she sitting on?
There's a gyroscope tag, but it has no wiki and is kinda all over the place.

I guess that's an ichimegasa. Kinda like an ajirogasa but with a veil.

Should we have a tag specifically for (very) old art? I know we have a few fine art posts that were uploaded because they were reference pictures too, I just don't know what to call such a tag. fine art doesn't seem like a very clear name, and old art sounds weird. Any ideas?

g-string or thong? https://danbooru.donmai.us/forum_topics/12251 and g-string definition differentiate them
Re-asking

A g-string is a thong that's so skimpy that it's just a string between the butt cheeks. If you can't tell how skimpy the back is then it would just be a thong.
See Wikipedia for comparisons:

Fine art is probably the best term for "real" art. Sometimes people might call it classical art, but that refers to specific styles or specific periods.

I see tons of naruto shippuuden pictures or even pictures from the boruto universe frequently getting tagged by people with "Naruto". Isn't that tag meant only for pictures related to the first series (2002-2007)? Because there is already an active alias called naruto_(series) which automatically gets added when you tag something "naruto_shippuuden" or "boruto:_naruto_next_generations" or anything else naruto-related.

Probably mistags. Feel free to fix such errors when you see them.

Do the "bumpers" on the coat have any name?
Also, do those accessories on the coat have any tags whatsoever?

They don't appear to serve any function other than decoration and to make the outfit look more sci-fi, so it's no surprise that there isn't a word for them. They're like the costume equivalent of greebles.
