Sorry it's not what you're looking for, but the best tag I know of for this particular post is invisible_chair.

Something like sitting_on_foot for poses like this may be useful, but it seems like a pretty rare pose and gardening such a tag would be a pain.

They look rolled to me. If they were pushed up, I'd expect to see the cloth bunched along the length of the sleeve (post #3884569, post #4123476) rather than just at the bottom.
