Son Goku names

BUR #3766 has been approved by @evazion.

remove alias son_goku -> son_gokuu
rename son_gokuu_(xeno) -> son_goku_(xeno)
rename son_gokuu_jr. -> son_goku_jr.
rename gokuu_black -> goku_black

Similar to topic #17542, and based on considerations of topic #4433 about romanization rules, this is a BUR to rename Son Gokuu tags to Son Goku, the universally more known spelling. If the BUR is approved, there will be a second which will alias Son Gokuu -> Son Goku.

While I'm either/or on the matter, I will add a point that supports this decision.

According to developments over the last year, Japanese releases have transitioned over from using Son Gokou (yes, really) as the official romanization to using Son Goku (or just Goku), likely in an effort to make the branding consistent worldwide. The same has happened with Japan embracing Majin Vegeta as the official term roughly between 2015 and 2018.

Additionally, Japan has embraced the English romanizations of Frieza (Freeza), Majin Buu (Boo) and Vegito (Vegetto), which we also follow, sans for the last one because Vegetto makes more sense and we have Vegito aliased to it anyway.
