Update ryuu -> ryu and Gai -> Guy

BUR #3755 has been approved by @evazion.

rename ryuu_(street_fighter) -> ryu_(street_fighter)
rename evil_ryuu -> evil_ryu
rename gai_(final_fight) -> guy_(final_fight)

With the new romanization rules (topic #17011) this is probably something that should be done, rather than sticking with the reasoning from topic #4433, considering both Ryu and Guy are official spellings and how the characters are widely known.

I recommend using the "rename" command instead of mass update for this case, based on topic #17321. If there's an agreement I would also request a BUR for Son Gokuu tags in another forum post.

The goku rename really needs its own topic, due to its significance.

There's too many character names that need fixing and I'm glad someone finally started this.

Toogata_Mirio comes to mind.

Evil Ryu was already aliased to Evil Ryuu.
