Clothes around waist implications

BUR #2863 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication cardigan_around_waist -> clothes_around_waist
create implication cardigan_around_waist -> cardigan
create implication jacket_around_waist -> jacket
create implication sweater_around_waist -> sweater
create implication shirt_around_waist -> shirt

Shirt around waist at fewer posts already implies the umbrella tag, also implying the tags to the clothing article used.

So are we treating sweaters as a completely separate entity from cardigans now? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm still in the opinion that they are just like I was in topic #16507

I had typically been of the opinion that cardigans were button-up sweaters, but we're already treating them separately elsewhere (which I'm fine with), so we ought to be consistent with it.

I don't think any of these tags beyond clothes around waist are really necessary, they're the same action and the visual difference between different types of clothing is negligible. You can't even tell whether it's a cardigan or sweater in many cases.

Does that mean they should be changed to alises instead? I'd rather keep them separated but I'll accept an alias instead.

I'd also rather keep them separated but obviously only to be used in cases where you CAN tell which it is. For cases where you can't, just having clothes_around_waist suffices.
