Looks like a banned artist tag vandalism, since kino (kino konomi) is not a banned artist but konomi (kino konomi) is the banned one. But I could be wrong though.

The image was posted on konomi (kino konomi)’s Pixiv, so the child post is tagged with the wrong artist and both posts should be banned.

I was looking through some of my old uploads and found three posts that were banned, but the artist themselves has not been.

They were banned by albert so I'm assuming he forgot to ban the artist. @evazion
