I think it's better to manually move the former to the latter.

Reason: For the former, it's the name she uses now on Pixiv (Twitter uses "neji." in hiragana, while Pixiv uses "nejikirio" in katakana). Besides, her circle's name is now royalcat, not angeltype anymore.
As for the latter; it's his Twitter handle, but I think it's better to use it than kaede_(*stacc number*) because it looks like an actual artist name (he uses "kaede" in hiragana on both Pixiv and Twitter).
