Reason: Yep. Another stacc name/old Twitter handle -> current name, the current name is taken from his Twitter profile.
The second one is stacc name -> current name too.
Third one, Twitter handle -> actual name. How is that unreadable text being used as an artist tag, we'll never know. ("celea" comes from her other, more general Twitter account.)
Fourth one, old Twitter handle -> current name.
5th, stacc name -> Twitter name.
6th, same artist. But I want the latter be changed to yak_(j_yak47).
7th, while I'm sure "cl" is wrong since day 1, I'm not sure how to romanize the actual name (夏越しの戯). Feel free to correct if I'm wrong.
8th, stacc name -> [Pixiv name]_([Twitter name]).
9th, using _(pixiv) as qualifier is never really feel right to me. "kernel_killer" comes from his Twitter handle.
10th, stacc name courtesy of infamous Juan.Dela.Cruz (user #574220), to the artist's actual name.
11th, Twitter handle -> Pixiv name. Turns out the latter was already created and forgotten for three years, and indeed same artist.
12th, stacc name -> full name from Pixiv profile.
13th, I'm sure "aguy" is never correct from day 1 (it should be "acguy"). The latter is actual name everywhere, and "dear_life" is from his website.
14th, stacc name -> current name, with one extra "co". (The Korean name is "alraco", but is "alracoco" everywhere)
15th, stacc name (and old Twitter handle) -> current name.

Reason:

The first one: qualifer should be changed to "orgacl", the profile name of the artist's BCY and Weibo account.

The second one: stacc name; profile name translates to "yuxia"; "please6" should be the qualifier.

The third one: numbers qualifier, from the Pixiv id; new qualifier is derived from the Twitter handle.

The fourth one: numbers stacc name qualifier; moyume by itself does not seem to be taken, so the tag can be simplified to this.

Reason:

The first one: stacc name; the artist's profile name is already in English letters.

The second one: let's change the qualifier to something more "simplified" (the Twitter handle) instead of a repetition of the letter "i".

The third one: we can also change this qualifier to the Twitter handle instead of the Pixiv stacc name.

The fourth one: it seems like whoever created this artist entry derived the primary name from the artist's avatar (featuring Raphtalia) despite the fact that the artist's profile name is already rendered in English letters and is unique.

The fifth one: their current name (ihan) is likely old and "outdated"; their current profile name is "Raccoon", and the qualifier is their Twitter handle.

The sixth one: "artist" as a qualifier is a very bad choice and the name "daikichi" is likely "outdated"; their current profile name is エビの身 (translated as "ebinomi").

The seventh one: stacc name; we should change it to the translated profile name (naoya) + the twitter handle (naoya_ee) as the qualifier.
