Ok, I wasn't sure what to do in that case -- I mean, I've seen other official art posts with the artist name included, and there's the fact that YoStar/Manjuu do hire a lot of different freelancers for their loading screens, character art and such.

If the artist name is included on the picture, or if there is some other indication, either at the source or elsewhere, then yes the artist name gets added.

However, with official art, there is never an expectation of having to add the artist name given the fact that in many if not most cases, the artist name is impossible to determine.
