Ok, I was hoping the name of the artist might have been given in the caption but now I assume by default it wouldn't be mentioned.
This artist (tub) https://danbooru.donmai.us/artists/181534 does not have the purple artist tag and it shows up as a keyword.

First off, that's a terrible artist name as it conflicts with a very common English word for bathtub. Instead of "fixing" the tag category, the artist should instead be renamed and then only those posts that actually come from that artist should get that tag.

However, I recently learned that Pixiv has a public API.

Just plug in the post ID like the above, and then search for userAccount.
