A second deliberation after two months, I'm also putting an appeal for post #2956876 once more.
The image is obviously a top down perspective with some foreshortening stemming from her crotch, given how her shins widen as they approach the PoV.
Large breasts end up covering the torso, which is just tucked in due to her pose. She's in a bottom-up posture resulting from landing on her back. By checking the source and looking at the other version of the image, there are motion lines and sound effect that indicate this context.

Anyway, this topic is to appeal posts that has been deleted, not requesting the deletion of a post.
I uploaded that one five years ago, which got unapproved after 3 days. It's a high-quality realistic image of a Pokémon, like others made by the artist shadeofshinon.
