It's pretty western. The overly-rendered nose and lips and the shape of the eyes, that is.

The one with the cellphone has the rest of the image blurred. I understand why but it does make the image less interesting on its own. They also got that stomach bulge which can not be considered "realistic". I suspect that those mods that approve realistic images doesnt like sex pics and vice versa (if there are any mods that likes realistic art left at all).
firolian is a hack. His works look like western porn photos airbrushed to vaguely resemble popular videogame characters. Just look at his D.Va and Mercy (firolian d.va_(overwatch), firolian mercy_(overwatch)). His faces are completely different every time and they bear no resemblance to the actual character beyond having the same hair color.
Citemer works have always been welcome here. Why not this one?

Never had issues getting pics approved with this artist before, is there an error I missed here? Or was it just too boring?

Extremely tine upper body (above the elbows)

It looks fine to me, probably had bad luck with approvers or they just felt it was boring or something. Send it off to the deletion appeal thread.

Already approved, but looks fine to me. Torso is a bit small but imo it doesn't detract from the image.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the reason you're not getting any feedback on this is that the picture in question is tagged with shota. This is something that many members don't have access to, and many more (like myself) have blacklisted. There may in fact be nothing wrong with your image from a qualitative standpoint but rather a lack of moderator interest.
It says 15 moderators reviewed post #2850238, and all tagging was done by me when it was posted, so they saw it despite that tag. I thought approval was on a qualitative basis, not a personal interest one; that is, if a moderator looks at it and it fits guidelines, it's added, even if they're not into, say, sadism or postapocalypse. Or is that not the case, it's all about whether the reviewing mods like it regardless of guidelines? If the disapproval is essentially for missing the the mod who likes a given tag, am I supposed to find out who commonly approves such images and send a message asking for review? What can I do to make submission of an image not feel like a gamble and potential waste of my time?

Sometimes, no feedback is also the best way to improve.
If nobody has answered, then it might be the chance to improve on your own. This could apply to everyone of course, so sometimes it is arbitrary who gets feedback and who doesn't. That's voluntary after all.
Anyway, keep watch at faces.
This isn't one of those times. As I said, the artist has dozens of images of similar quality, and it fit all the posting guidelines I looked at. Anatomy and proportions and such seemed okay to me. I thought I did everything right, so I have no information on how to improve. It feels like the only winning (getting an image accepted) move is not to play (post), which doesn't exactly do well for the site.
I don't know that "keep watch at faces" means.
So, since the official forum for advice apparently has none, I guess I'll check out the appeal process.

The lines are shaky and the woman looks like a traced porn star with little to no anime influence. Also note that 25 posts by this artist have been deleted - well over a quarter of them. If you want to upload from established artists, try to find ones with few to no deletions; otherwise, you're going to want to make sure that your post has significantly better quality than any of the deleted images.

Please note that the message says "15 did not like the post enough to approve it." - it says nothing about its quality.
Approvers only approve what they like, because logically there cannot be any "objective" judgement on the quality of a picture. It's all about personal tastes.
This is balanced out by the fact that each approver has moderately different tastes, and as such pictures in general end up getting approved if they are "good enough". Unfortunately for niche tastes this is sometimes not the case - male_only is a good example of this, because the majority of users (and approvers) of danbooru are heterosexual males, and whether a picture with that tag is approved or deleted depends on very few people.
Shota is another case like that, and it's not just a problem with tags of sexual connotation - I've had doraemon or scenery pictures not approved before when I still had restricted uploads, simply because nobody who was online at that time cared about them.
There's not much you can do in cases like these, besides trying out the appeal thread at topic #8554 or directly appealing a picture with the built-in function. I can guarantee that the appeals are indeed looked at, so if something was too niche and went under the radar, if you appeal it and it's of good enough quality it'll eventually get approved (though some days or weeks may pass).
In general, I would entirely avoid uploading very niche stuff if you're worried about your upload caps or deleted ratio.

The presence of other pictures of similar quality is not a good reason to approve something else - I see that several of that artist's pictures were uploaded by people with unrestricted uploads, who don't have to go through the queue, and another fair amount of pictures have a deleted status: zuburoku status:deleted.
As a final note, as the user right above me said, the picture is not really that good. "Realistic" looking porn like that or stuff that looks overly traced has a good chance at not getting approved in general, or even getting flagged if it makes it past the queue.

Other Torihime works have been accepted here, but not this one? What's wrong with it? Huge boobs have always been par for the course with Torihime.

Her head is to high, suggesting an abnormally long neck.
Her thighs which are as wide as her waist looks disconnected from her hips. There is also some less than stellar forrshortening of her thighs compared to her long lower legs.
Her left ankle looks twisted.
Also torahime_(roland00) status:deleted is not exactly empty.

You have already been told not to cite "but x and y have been accepted," everything is judged on a post-by-post basis, even if they're a no-name like torahime or a god like as109. Take good note of the critiques you receive and try to apply them to the images you upload.
I probably take anatomy for granted because I studied anatomy for several years, and it's likely other people have a harder time grasping what is or isn't bad anatomy. To that end, this is a quick-and-dirty mockup of basic vitruvian (ideal) proportions I made a few months ago, with a comparison at the top right of regular head anatomy vs anime head anatomy (anime on right).
To clarify it: H is the distance between the chin and the hairline (for anime) or the chin and the top of the head (for realistic). The shoulder to the hip-line is 2H=T(orso), and each half of the leg is roughly the length of your torso, from hip to knee, knee to ankle.

It has been reviewed by 10 moderators. 10 did not like the post enough to approve it.
Can't find a reason for not approving - the art seems nice enough also tags and source attend.

Awkward face, stiff pose and bad perspective. The coloring doesn't convey depth well, which seriously hinders a pov composition like this one.

Its dark, hard to make out details. Her face is not well drawn. Image is kinda small and overall quality isnt great. I know that last one is quite subjective.
Grafs neck is kinda long and wide. Its not obvious that she is biting her. I really dont know why this image wasnt approved when the quality is about the same as the rest of rebecca (keinelove)s works.
Their faces are somewhat poorly drawn. I guess the are making a high five but Musashi could also be cutting up Nagatos elbow judging from all the motion lines. Overall mediocre quality.
Hard to say something that isnt subjective on this one. Im not a fan of Ryuujous face, her eyes and mouth are to high and her nose is misplaced. Overall quality is "meh" and the artists other works on the site are in full colour with more effort put in them.
The art may be "clean" but most of it is quite simplistic and rushed. Only the first panel has any shading and the Mist Walkers are horribly drawn. Do note that leng wa guo has quite many deleted posts already.

Other users have been asking for feedback for one post or maybe a few. Asking for 19 at once (the last one is even a duplicate) won’t get you any detailed answers. Some of them are even still pending.
I just skimmed through them and I think most of them are just rather bland and sketchy with no backgrounds and nothing to hoist them above threshold.
