The first seems to have problem with anatomy around the hips and pelvis versus the torso. Her torso looks pretty slim, and the thighs, due to foreshortening thicker. That wouldn't be a problem, since that's normal foreshortening. But here. it seems that only one leg truly grows out of her torso...So it's bad anatomy here.
Maybe some minor issues, but these I don't notice then.
The 2nd one has too strong perspective. This looks just unfitting when the thighs are at least twice as large as the torso, no matter the foreshortening; it looks very off.

The first one isn't badly drawn but its hard to tell what's going on. Is this a detail from a larger image or is it a part of a series? The small size doesn't help either.
The second image is a rather simple drawing with no shading and little detail. To be frank it simply hasn't got the quality this site strives for.

Jup, agree with you here.
The first post is a prime example wh lowres posts are high likely to be deleted, simply because one can't tell what's going on. I have no idea what Nitocris is even doing.
While I understand why some of my uploads were deleted, there are a few I genuinely can't wrap my head around.
post #1893225 is a cute and well-drawn fan art, with no glaring errors that would justify a deletion.
post #2069111 is a piece of official art, and is well-proportioned, well-drawn, with a cute pose and expression.
post #2779087 is another piece of official art, drawn to commemorate and promote the Japan Expo 2017 event in France.
A few examples notwithstanding, I also can't understand why so many of my uploads in general are deleted, especially these three.

Sorry but it's actually pretty poorly drawn. There's no specific error, it's just generally low quality.

It's not bad, but not good either. The pose is generic and uninteresting, and the expression is just a basic smile. The coloring is nothing to write home about either. Even though it may be 'official' it looks like it was drawn by an amateur.

This one's not so bad, but as far as parodies of 'liberty leading the people' go it's nothing special.
Still, I constantly see content of similar quality getting approved, so I can see why you think it's unfair yours are getting deleted.

Most of her, especially the face, aren’t too bad. But that hand... With the foreshortening, it’s a focal point of the image and looks really bad. The lack of a background doesn’t distract from it either.
I also find the strangely blurry lines with shadows on both sides pretty annoying to look at.
I'm new to uploading and I'm really confused about why these two were deleted.
I originally messed up the first upload because I didn't know about the Tumblr image sampling stuff, but I'm pretty sure I followed all of the rules and got the image correctly replaced. Other than that, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

Just straight up poor quality. Read the quality criteria in howto:upload, since those fall well below the acceptable threshold. I can list a laundry list of problems with those images, but I'll just put it shortly that it's poor quality.

Thank you, but I read that before I ever uploaded anything, and I don't see anything relevant there.
I don't see your "laundry list of problems" and telling me that it's "poor quality" alone tells me nothing. If I'm not told what I'm doing wrong with my uploads, I can't change anything.

I don't agree with the anime style. The first pic is really a western style. The second pic is more the anime style.
They're drawn by the same person, in the same style. How can one be Western and the other anime-styled? Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense.
Furthermore, if one was done in an anime style, and that's the only problem, why wasn't that one approved?

Besides that as an approver I just don't like the art style and I rarely approve sex pics.
This doesn't tell me anything but why you didn't approve it. I'm still in the dark as to what's wrong with the uploads.

Anyone can come up with whatever reason they like for why they didn't approve something, but I try to stay as content-neutral as possible. Of course, I have way different standards for what I upload versus what I approve because as a frequent uploader I feel like I should set an example, but our job as approvers is to constantly draw that line in the sand where a post can be accepted into the public gallery or not, and thus we aren't supposed to approve only the "best" stuff (albeit it'd help if you did upload great stuff often, admittedly).
But since you're asking for it:
tl;dr like I said they're just poor quality to me. If you have a friend who likes good art, ask them why those images looks wrong and they might be able to tell you advice you can trust rather than some random approver/gallery gardener person on the internets.

Her neck is to long.
The line work is somewhat lacking and her body has bumps along her back and stomach (they are actually more realistic but they do detract from her beauty). The way her body is twisted makes her spine look crocked. It would also appear that many moderators are tired of generic girls in bikini lately.
A few small errors like that crocked finger and their knees. This could have gotten in on a good day.
Nothing really wrong with it. Kinda generic perhaps.

But since you're asking for it:
- post #2858216 -- really amateur artstyle, barely animesque if you could consider it anime-style. As PhoenixG said, definitely very western-influenced. The anus looks awful, the pussy looks like only a basic understanding of the general shape was made, the proportions and perspective aren't exactly up to par. The way that light hits her body looks awkward and ridiculous with some of those sharp lines which don't really do much for the image (inconsistent light source), the color tone is a little bit ridiculous as the bright red clashes rather strongly with the strong presence of white/pink (the "laser lines" in the tentacles per my understanding of watching the anime is a stylistic offshoot, but still), and the lines are some places are awfully thick and jagged, not smooth.
- post #2859974 -- Your source is incorrect on this, let me just note. It should point to the Tumblr HTML post page, not the direct image link. That complaint aside, one thing I notice right off the bat is, once again, the inconsistent light source. Are there like 3 lamps in the room? It looks awkward even if there was. the blush lines are out of place, the proportions are barely okay, the composition is extremely generic for an amateur drawing, the penis veins look hideous (even more so on the guy getting fella)... Just everything could use some work.
Thank you for actually giving me something to work with.
