I know Kamen Rider isn't the most popular of things to upload on Danbooru, but I think the art quality speaks for itself? Especially considering the other images by this artist that were uploaded got approved with no issue.

It was posted at a time when approver reviews were purged partially, so I’m sure that it was reviewed by multiple approvers even though it says only “1” now. I think the problem was fixed around April, so you might notice that other posts before about April also have a low or no review count while all posts after about April have high review counts.

I see. I don't pay attention to the forums much, so I tend to be out of the loop with these kinds of issues.
