I thought the visual joke was pretty cleaver
As far as I can tell, there are no issues with the image that justify its deletion.

a) it's an established artist, b) it's good, c) precedent has been repeatedly demonstrated for xenomorph to ignore demographics
For being humorous. I'm not great at grading this sort of image's worth (which is why I won't approve it for the time being), but I do think it may be worthy of being undeleted.
