I came across post #2781981, which is rated safe but slightly shows nipples and contains nudity. Thing is, it's a nonhuman humanoid character so I'm unsure.
In general, what kind of rating should be used for this?

Imo if you have to lean in to see it, it's fine with an S rating. I know some other uploaders take this stance too, and it's up to their discretion how to properly apply the ratings (Within reason, ofc)

Probably locked in the aftermath of cleaning up after user #494874. The post is tagged with covered_nipples, which usually warrants a questionable rating, but it’s really only barely noticeable here.

It is a stretch, but I would say it's safe. It doesn't quite have the amount of erotica needed to warrant a q rating, and there are a number of safe images that show just about the same stuff (covered nipples that barely protrude out).
