I want to tag it with topless, but she still have some sleeves. I want to tag it with bottomless, but her skirt is still latched on her leg. I want to tag it with clothes removed, but there is no visible shirt on the pic. And I'm sure this isn't nude. What tag is appropriate for this?
Personally I'm pretty fond of the style so I would like the ability to search it here. The Pixiv tag seems to mean "eye patch bikini" but I don't know if that would be an intuitive name for it here.

Lighting conditions (light from the side, particularly from a rising/setting sun). The best I could find was shade, but is there something more specific?
Expression. Tagged pensive, which I do think fits, but seems underused and not too consistent. Is there a more common tag that applies?
There's not enough showing to tag much about her outfit other than layered clothing and probably blouse. The outer layer might be partially unbuttoned or it may have just the one button.
As for the lighting, I'd probably tag sunlight and sunset for the color/angle.
Faces like that tend to get tagged expressionless, which is wrong. Emotions are woefully undertagged around here, so it's no surprise that pensive is barely used. It seems fitting here, though.

post #2552224 seems like a parody/response to post #2455356. Should they be parented? If not, how should the relationship be handled?
For now, it's probably sufficient to parent and tag them meme. If it takes off and we see many more, a tag might be needed. I'm not sure what the cutoff is for this; do we even have an official policy?
post #2555317 has a character with an eye on her chest, but I don't think we have a tag for that, do we? I tried searching *eye*chest* and *chest*eye* in the tags but couldn't find anything.

I don't think so. Personally, when I spot a meme with more than one post I make up a tag for it and add it to tag group:meme. Searching for specific memes is hard when there are so many otherwise unrelated things piled together under meme.
Hmm, we have a tag for when someone is holding water (or another fluid) between their breasts, right? Tagging post #2556361, and I was looking through breasts and between breasts and couldn't find anything suitable.

post #2558148 I'm wondering what we call this background, sort of like a magic circle but with astrology
Zodiac plus chart is the best thing that exists at present I think, and I added both - although I'm not a hundred percent convinced that the latter is right here based on the tag's wiki page.
It's an astrological chart, which doesn't currently have a tag but might want one? The tag horoscope is used on a couple of these images but honestly I think that should be used for post #82424 situations only.
Do we have a tag for "toed" legwear, ala post #2502068 and post #2144155? My first instinct was impossible_legwear but upon noticing it doesn't exist I realized that these things aren't really impossible, just nonstandard and I'm not sure if they really exist.

They do exist, and you're right about there being no tag.
