The "tail" part? We do have tailcoat but it's an exclusive tag for specific clothes.

Uh, nothing? Maybe the former is an old tag without any wiki page to define it, and the latter is newer tag that were made because no one knows the existence of former tag?

A quick google search shows that it might be a chinese wooden tea tray of sorts. seems to be called 'Gong fu tea tray'.

Should dated still be used when the date in question is 79 years ago?

I feel like "dated" should include any date written on an image, even if it may not necessarily be the date it was worked on or finished (for instance, images wishing a character a happy birthday may have the character's birth date even if it's not exactly when it was posted). Otherwise, we'd need a separate tag which I don't believe we have.
