That's not the same thing though: there is only one visible legging, with no evidence of a second, on or off the other leg.

pantyhose around one leg is for full sets of pantyhose that are partially off, so that only one leg is inside of them. It's analogous to panties around one leg for panties. Single-leg pantyhose is something completely different. I think it deserves its own tag, but if not, there are some others that are tagged asymmetrical legwear so I would recommend using that.

i'm not so sure, but try these for similar posts:
all_fours partially_submerged and all_fours water , the latter has more hits despite being so simple.

partially submerged was changed by the topic I linked to be meant to only refer to if the torso is in the water.
