It's mushroom_(artist)'s new Pixiv account.

One thing to note, the artist's old nickname is 七色の軌跡 (Japanese reading is given as Nanairo no Kiseki), while their new one is 七色の轨跡 (轨 is Chinese character only). Both 軌跡 and 轨跡 actually give the same reading in Chinese (guiji).

No wonder I feel something familiar with its art design. It's mushroom_(artist) all right.

The artist mentioned on their site that unauthorized reproduction and commercial use of their works are prohibited. Though unless the artist themself contact the webmaster and ask their works to be banned, it's usually safe to post their arts on this site.
