How do I tag this?

Dual_persona -> two people. The wiki says not to use solo with it, that includes 1girl and 1boy. I'll edit the wiki to make it more obvious.

2nd: The characters, no idea who are they from the mew mew thing.

I added the characters in. It seems that the... whatever they are... on mew lettuce's head generally aren't tagged anywhere (although there are a couple of images that use hair ribbon for them, I don't think it's right).

If they are interacting with each other as if there are two separate characters, I'd go with 2girls/boys as that's what it looks like (just as if they are identical twins, clones, etc.: tag what you see). But is 1girl/boy not to be used in the case of variations or multiple_views? I thought those tags were different from solo in that regard.

Just use no_panties along with bikini_top. I'd say it counts as the "equivalent underwear" in this case.

For both low_ponytail and low-tied_long_hair to apply, I think it would have to be tied below the ears then tied again further down. post #2172250 is one I would say that qualifies.

Yup, that's why dual_persona and multiple_persona is not to be used for variations, character sheets and some such.

Bikini_top is to be used when there's no bottom present. Perfect for this case, I guess.

Long hair or very long hair that has been tied with a ribbon, bead, flowers, or pin either somewhere in the middle (post #585504) or at the end (post #51478) rather than at the head, which would constitute a ponytail.

While kinda ambiguous this seems exclusive to me. If not we might want to edit the wiki.

Yeah, but that tag can also apply when the character is bottomless or the bikini bottom is still slightly visible. The no_panties tag is also needed to search for images where there's nothing being worn under a skirt/shorts/sarong/etc.
